Chrysler ETCH Vehicle Theft Deterrent The Chrysler ETCH Vehicle Theft Deterrent System leaves a permanent and traceable registration number on the vehicle’s windshield, rear window and side windows (up to six locations) that cannot be removed like other anti-theft devices.
Essential Care Lube, Oil & Filter Plans available range from one to seven years and accommodate 6-month/6,000-mile or 3-month/3,000-mile intervals.
Auto Appearance Care Auto Appearance Care provides unlimited paintless dent repair (PDR) ding and dent coverage for new and pre-owned vehicles.

(1) Vehicle must have an active 7-Year/100,000-Mile (for 2010 model year and newer vehicles) or 6-Year/80,000-Mile (for 2009 model year and earlier vehicles) Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle Limited Powertrain Warranty to be eligible for any Lifetime Limited Warranty Upgrade Plan. Warranties run from the date the vehicle is purchased until the vehicle is sold. Lifetime Upgrade coverage is transferable ONLY in the states of Florida and North Carolina. The 6-Year/80,000-Mile Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle Warranty must be transferred in tandem with the Lifetime Plan. (2)First Day Rental, Alternate Transportation, Towing & Roadside Assistance and Trip Interruption coverage expires at (a) seven years from the date the vehicle was sold as new or 100,000 miles (for vehicles with the 7-Year/100,000-Mile CPOV Limited Powertrain Base Warranty) or (b) six years from the date the vehicle was sold as new or 100,000 miles (for vehicles with the 6-Year/80,000-Mile CPOV Limited Powertrain Base Warranty. (3)Where not provided by vehicle warranty or dealer. (4)Your Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle Limited Warranty includes car rental allowance for repairs covered by that warranty only. Options 1, 2 and 3 provide car rental allowance for the components and for the time and mileage covered by these options. (5)Lifetime Plans cover ONLY the first CPOV vehicle owner. Plan is NOT transferable except in the states of Florida ($40 transfer fee) and North Carolina ($50 transfer fee). If Plan is transferred in the states listed above, the vehicle’s original Certified 7-Year/100,000-Mile (for 2010 model year and newer vehicles) or 6-Year/80,000-Mile(for 2009 model year and earlier vehicles) Powertrain Limited Warranty MUST also be transferred.
